Lots of research in economics and psychology shows that when we know something, it becomes hard for us to imagine not knowing it. As a result, we become lousy communicators.I'm certain this is a problem I have. I see it so clearly, then I realize that I'm not able to get others to see it as clearly. When I'm lucky, I don't realize it too late.
