I agree with you. I recruit,train and coach Entrepreneurs looking for a business in the wellness field. We get very few people in South Carolina open to expanding their horizons and stepping out of the box of a traditional job. Crimora Ayers

That data is old (91-96 and 1990-2001) and the formula for calculating the "Regional Entrepreneurship Index" is weak.
